Meet Kenton
While we are based in Fort Worth, Kenton's affinity for lakefront and ranch land estates has enabled him to work all over Texas. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty and go above and beyond for his clients. He works with many clients who own multiple properties, so he is known to ensure his listings remain show-ready by all means necessary. My focus area starts around I-45 in Corsicana out east, down to Lake Granbury to the south, over to Lake Brownwood out west, up to the Red River then over to Lake Texoma. Finally ending back over on I-45 at the Texas-Oklahoma border including the greater Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex area.
The Kenton Byrne Group operates under the brokerage of Texas Lake & Land Real Estate Group based in Mabank TX. The main agency focuses on being the top-producing Cedar Creek Lake and was created in 2020. However, with specialized area agents such as myself, we have agents on most all east Texas lakes. The picture to my left shows my dad’s dream come to reality. His custom home sits overlooking the 12+/- acre, largemouth bass stocked lake on 300+/- acres. Held and passed down for at least 5 generations, spanning over a century of family memories.
